Current orders are shipping with delays. Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item is faulty or incorrect.

• A description of the issue

• Clear images of the item

Once your claim has been reviewed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

We reserve the right to inspect and verify all claims.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or incorrect care.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
